It’s a new week and a new chance for you to work towards your health and fitness goals. For the past month, I’ve been focusing on making healthy meals and snacks readily available so that I don’t get tempted to deviate from my clean eating plan. In addition to meal prepping lunch and dinner, I have also added protein shakes into the mix. They are filling and most importantly super easy to make.
Today I wanted to share my absolute favorite protein shake recipe- a delicious banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie! (adding peanut butter is totally optional, but it is a yummy addition!)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I use an all-natural peanut butter. You can also use almond or cashew butter as well)
