Since beginning my healthy lifestyle journey, I have spent lots of money on kitchen gadgets. After years of shelling out cash for popular gadgets, I began to wonder if there were other options out there that worked well but didn’t break the break the bank. My search began with blenders. I’ve been eyeing the Vitamix for a while, but I just couldn’t bring myself to pay 500 smackeroonies for a blender. (I’d pay $500 for it if

it did my laundry and drove my kids to school though.) After a bit more research I found out that the Ninja was also a great option with many awesome features. I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay $120.

While browsing a private Facebook book group for plant-based eaters I stumbled on a thread about great blenders. To my surprise and delight, I heard about the Dr. Ian Emuliser. It cost between $79-89 (depending on the color you choose) and had many of the features that the Vitamix has for a fraction of the cost. It makes both hot and cold drink, soups, and dips and has a ton of awesome settings and features. It can crush ice, emulsified fruits and veggies, and even grinds contents down to a flour-like consistency. It is amazing.

If you are looking for an affordable blender, then look no further! The Dr. Ian Emulsifier is perfect!
